k-anonymity方式で、ハッシュ値の先頭5文字のみを Have I Been Pwned に送信します。

How we handle your data

• Your itinerary, accommodation details and bookmarks are used only to calculate distances, order your day and send reminders.
• We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
• Accommodation details live inside an itinerary visible only to you and to companions you invite.
• To know how many people use the app, we record a daily app-open count and how often each feature is used (for example bookmarks, the map or sharing), together with the region in your device language setting and the country you are in (your IP address is not stored). This uses a random number created on your device and is not linked to your account. We do not record which events you view.
• Weather forecasts send an approximate location (about 1 km precision) to open-meteo.
• When you sign up we check whether your password has appeared in a known breach, using k-anonymity: only the first 5 characters of its hash are sent to Have I Been Pwned. The password itself and its full hash never leave your device, and they cannot tell which password you are checking.
• Maps are provided by Apple Maps; when you type an accommodation or custom-event address, the text is sent to Google Maps for suggestions.
• GPS coordinates stay on your device. The one exception is when you tap “check in”: your position at that moment is sent to our server to compare against the venue; the server records only the distance in metres and never stores the coordinates.
• No advertising or behavioural tracking tools are used.

● Green = provides a feature for you　● Orange = data leaves your device

When you sign in: email address, display name, avatar (if you upload one).

When you use the app: itinerary items, custom entries (name / address / location / notes), accommodation (name, address, location, phone, departure and return times), bookmarks, reminder times, push-notification subscription.

Usage statistics (all anonymous): per device (identified by a random number created on the device, not linked to any account), a daily count of app opens, how many times each feature is used (feature name and count only — not what you searched for or which event you opened; the one exception is words that found no events, which we record with the language only, not linked to your device, so we can add what people are looking for), the region in the device language setting, the country you are in (a country code supplied by our network provider — your IP address is not stored) and the app version; plus total views, official-site taps, shares and hides for each event (totals only — we never record who viewed what).

Hosting: this site is hosted and proxied by Cloudflare, which records basic access statistics (page views, approximate region, browser type) for performance and security. We do not use these statistics to identify individual users.

We do not collect: your GPS coordinates (device only; a check-in records just the distance to the venue), browsing history, contacts or photos.

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL and object storage), with per-account access isolation. It is retained until you ask us to delete it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. You can delete everything yourself via Settings → Delete account in the app, or contact us via Settings → Feedback or at the email address below. Deleting your account removes all data associated with it and cannot be undone.

This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
